White Knight Ultra Pave Garage Floor Primer
White Knight Ultra Pave Garage Floor Primer is a specialist preparation product designed to improve adhesion on garage floors and smooth concrete surfaces. Its penetrative formula soaks into the substrate, creating a strong foundation for topcoats and helping prevent peeling, flaking and hot tyre pick up.

How to Apply
- For best results, use the recommended White Knight products and follow the step-by-step guide below.
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil and contaminants
Remove any existing loose or flaking coatings
New concrete must cure for at least 28 days
Etch smooth or dense concrete with Ultra Pave Concrete Etcher to open the surface and improve penetration
Rinse thoroughly and allow the surface to dry completely
Repair cracks or damaged areas before priming
Final surface should be clean, dry and slightly rough (not smooth or sealed)
Stir White Knight Ultra Pave Garage Floor Primer thoroughly for at least 5 minutes before use and re stir during application
Skipping etching or applying over contaminated or smooth concrete can result in poor adhesion and coating failure.
Apply 1 even coat using brush, roller or spray
Work methodically across the surface to ensure full and consistent coverage
Avoid pooling or over application
Allow primer to penetrate into the surface rather than sit on top
Do not apply below 10°C or above 35°C
Uneven coverage or insufficient penetration can reduce the effectiveness of the primer and impact topcoat performance.
Covers approximately 10m² per litre, depending on surface porosity
More porous or rough surfaces may require additional product
Drying times (based on 25°C and 50% humidity):
Touch dry: ~30 minutes
Recoat: after 2 hours
Once fully dry, apply White Knight Ultra Pave Quick Dry topcoat as per instructions
Cooler temperatures, high humidity and poor airflow will slow drying times. Always ensure the primer is fully dry before topcoating to achieve maximum adhesion and durability.
