How to Apply
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and rust
Lightly sand smooth or glossy surfaces to improve adhesion
Use an White Knight Squirts Undercoat for porous surfaces such as timber for an even finish
For high-traffic areas seal with White Knight Squirts Clear
Always test adhesion on plastics or unknown surfaces before full application
Shake new cans for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball starts rattling
Continue to shake regularly during use
Hold can approximately 15–20cm from the surface and wear appropriate PPE
Spray using smooth, even strokes
Apply multiple light coats rather than one heavy coat
Slightly overlap each pass to ensure even coverage
Avoid heavy application to prevent runs and drips
Do not apply below 15°C, above 30°C or in high humidity
Always test areas to ensure paint adheres properly. For tough plastic surfaces like polypropylene (PP), use White Knight Plastic Primer.
Covers up to 3.5m² per can, depending on surface and application
Drying times (based on 25°C and 50% humidity):
Touch dry: ~10 minutes
Recoat: within 1 hour
Full hardness and adhesion: up to 7 days
