White Knight Rust Guard Epoxy Enamel Paint
White Knight Rust Guard Epoxy Enamel Paint is designed for use on metal fences, roofs, doors, gutters, downpipes, windows, railings and gates, this paint for metal provides an easy one-step application on new or lightly rusted steel, without the need for a primer. For other substrates, it can be paired with Rust Guard primers for enhanced performance in demanding environments.

How to Apply
- For best results, use the recommended White Knight products and follow the step-by-step guide below.
Remove all loose or flaking paint before application
Sand new, previously painted or glossy surfaces to improve adhesion
Treat rusted areas with White Knight Rust Guard Rust Converter
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil and contaminants
Prime galvanised iron, zincalume or aluminium with a suitable primer
For severe conditions or heavily rusted steel, use an appropriate Rust Guard primer
Stir thoroughly before use and during application
Apply using brush, roller or spray
Apply 2 coats for best results
Allow adequate drying time between coats
Lightly sand between coats if required for a smoother finish
Do not apply below 10°C or above 30°C
Covers approximately 14m² per litre per coat, depending on surface
Touch dry: ~4 hours
Recoat: after 16 hours
