White Knight Hi Temp Spray Paint
White Knight Hi Temp Spray Paint is a durable heat resistant coating designed for metal surfaces exposed to extreme temperatures. Engineered to withstand heat up to 540°C, it forms a tough protective finish that resists blistering, peeling and flaking under thermal stress. The range comes in Aluminum, Charcoal, Black & White.

- Suitable for interior and exterior metal surfaces such as exhaust manifolds, boilers and oven exteriors. Do not use on BBQ hot plates or food contact surfaces.
How to Apply
Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from grease, oil, rust and contaminants
Remove loose rust, scale or old paint using a wire brush or sandpaper
Lightly sand previously painted or glossy surfaces
Clean surface with mineral turpentine and allow to dry completely
Shake can for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball starts rattling
Continue to shake regularly during use
Hold can approximately 15–20cm from the surface
Apply light, even coats using smooth sweeping motions
Build up coverage gradually rather than applying heavy coats
Slightly overlap each pass for even coverage
Avoid heavy application to prevent runs and uneven curing
Do not apply below 15°C or above 30°C or in high humidity
Do not use on BBQ hot plates or food contact surfaces.
Covers up to 1.5m² per can, depending on surface and application
Touch dry: ~15 minutes
Recoat: after 1 hour
Final cure occurs when coating is exposed to heat during use
